Acceptance Terms

Your access to and use of Tru-Stories (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

Tru-Stories reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Tru-Stories shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.


If you are under the age of 18 years, you may not create an account or register as a member without the consent of your parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a person under the age of 18 (a “Minor”) to create an account, you agree to:

Access to the Service is permitted on a temporary basis, and Tru-Stories reserves the right to change the Service, stop providing the Service or certain features of the Service to you or to users generally or create usage limits for the Service, without notice. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability, for any reason, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Website Terms, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Website Terms. If your account is terminated for any reason, you must obtain written authorisation from us prior to establishing another account. If you attempt to establish another account without obtaining such authorisation, we may permanently ban you from the Service.

Member Account, Password,and Security

You must be a registered user and set up an account to access certain features of our Service. When you register and activate an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration fields. You may also be required to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Tru-Stories immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting legal@tru-stories.com. Tru-Stories will not be liable for any loss or liability that you may incur or suffer as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Tru-Stories or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. You should log out from your account at the end of each use.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Service and Content (as defined below), you will not use the Service or Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Service or Content in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Tru-Stories server, or the network(s) connected to any Tru-Stories server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service or any Content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any Content, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Tru-Stories server or to any of the Content, through hacking, password mining or any other means. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Tru-Stories makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else, which may be harmful or destructive.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tru-Stories and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Tru-Stories arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

Refunds from Tru-Stories

Tru-Stories will not agree to refunds if the client has used any of our services such as email accounts, holding or under construction pages, or if they have asked for and been sent any logo, graphics, animations, or video in advance of any web services or other services being completed. Any design refunds will only be issued at the first design stage and not after a client has requested revisions.


If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
